Testing and advisory services

Test laboratory Customers can benefit from our wide range of test facilities and extensive scientific know-how. The technical evaluation of NBC personal protective equipment (PPE) on behalf of armasuisse constitutes a large part of our day-to-day work. However, we also assist five partner organisations (police, fire service, health care, Protection & Support service, technical services) of civil protection with the evaluation of PPE and advise them during real-life missions on the protective equipment they need.

We also operate as an independent test centre for civilian firms that use PPE in their day-to-day work.

In-house pressure and flow calibration laboratory

In the interests of quality assurance, pressure and flow sensors are calibrated in-house. We are able to rely on several measurement standards, which are regularly standardised by METAS.
